Somatic Reset

A structured seven-session journey through trauma integration — slow, grounded, and deeply held.

An Invitation

A slow returning to the body.

Somatic Reset is a complete seven-session journey designed to support the nervous system in finding regulation, the body in finding safety, and the self in finding ground. It is trauma-informed at every step — which means we move at the pace of your system, not against it.

This is not a quick fix. It is a careful, sequential process — each session building on the last — to support real integration rather than temporary release.

Like roots beneath the soil, the work happens quietly, beneath the surface. What grows from it is steadier than anything forced. You will not be asked to perform, to push, or to prove. You will be met, and held, and given the time your body has been asking for.

Who it's for

People noticing that talking about it isn't enough. Whose body feels braced, whose rest feels foreign, who are ready to slow down and meet themselves more honestly.

Why seven

Integration takes time. Seven sessions is enough space for your nervous system to learn it is safe to soften, and for new patterns to land in the body.

What to expect

Warmth, consent, and no rush. Somatic practices that support regulation, embodiment and integration. Nothing is pushed. Nothing is forced.

The Journey

The shape of the journey.

Seven slow movements — a quiet unfolding from arrival to integration.

  1. I

    Session I

    Arrival

We meet your system where it is. Orientation, safety, the simple act of landing in the room together.

  2. II

    Session II

    Ground

Practices that help the body remember it has a floor. Slow, embodied, deeply unhurried.

  3. III

    Session III

    Listening

We turn toward what your body has been carrying — gently, with consent at every step.

  4. IV

    Session IV

    Release

Held movement and breath that allow what's ready to soften, to soften.

  5. V

    Session V

    Repair

Restoring a felt sense of internal safety. Re-meeting parts of self that have been waiting.

  6. VI

    Session VI

    Embodiment

New patterns landing in the body — not as ideas, but as lived experience.

  7. VII

    Session VII

    Integration

Weaving the journey into your daily life so the shifts can hold and continue.

A Note

The body remembers what the mind cannot say. We listen, gently, until it feels safe to be known.

Held With Care

The pace of your own becoming.

No two journeys move at the same pace. Some sessions feel like softening, others like remembering, others like simply being met. All of it belongs. The work is not in arriving somewhere — it is in learning, slowly, how to stay.

Between sessions, small practices weave the work into your week — not as homework, but as quiet companions. Most arrive at session seven feeling not finished, but rooted. Ready to keep walking with what they have learned to feel.

In Their Words

For the first time in years, I felt safe inside my own body. Nothing to perform, nothing to prove — just a quiet returning.

Frequently Asked

A few honest questions.

Do I need to know what I'm working on?

No. You only need to be willing to listen to your body. The work meets you where you are.

Can I book individual sessions instead?

Somatic Reset is offered as a complete seven-session journey. The journey of the 7 steps itself is part of the medicine. For one-off support, individual sessions are a beautiful alternative.

Is this therapy?

No. This is trauma-informed somatic work, not psychotherapy. It complements other support beautifully and is not a replacement for clinical mental health care.

What if I get overwhelmed?

We move at the pace of your nervous system. Your 'no' is honoured. Slowness is not a problem — it's the practice.

When You're Ready

The journey begins with a quiet conversation.

If Somatic Reset is calling you, the first step is simple. A discovery session lets us meet, see if we're a fit, and answer anything still unsettled.
